General Return Policy:
Items purchased from tatrtots.com are returnable within 21 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  Defective or damaged merchandise  must be reported within 10 days of receipt for a refund and or/replacement.  All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer’s cost. 

Tat'r Tots reserves the right to cancel orders for items advertised at the wrong price, at a discounted rate, or items which have been discontinued.  We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect information posted on our website such as color, style or price.  If tatrtots.com cancels an order after your credit card has been charged, but before the item has shipped, we will refund your credit card for the fill purchase price. 

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than tatrtots.com:
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.  We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
 
 Instructions for return:
1.  Click on My Account and select Return an Item
2.  Fill out the appropriate information and click Submit
3.  You will receive a return authorization approval via email with additional instructions for the return.
4.   4.   For your protection, we recommend that you return all items with insurance via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Tat'r Tots is not responsible for lost packages.  Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5.   5.  Once the original items are received at Tat'r Tots, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid minus any shipping costs.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for Tat'r Tots to process your return and issue a refund to your credit card.

Instructions for Exchange:
For exchanges, please select the Contact link on the navigation bar under the header.  In the subject line, please type in EXCHANGE REQUEST.  Under message, please indicate your name, order number, what you would like to exchange, and your reason for exchange.  You will be contacted via e-mail within 2 business days with instructions on how to complete your exchange.
